We value Animal Husbandry here at YWAM Tyler. We believe that learning to care for your animals in the right way produces bigger and stronger animals. We are working on raising poultry (chicken, guineas, turkey, geese, and duck), a family dairy cow, family dairy goats, meat goats, cattle, pig farming, aquaculture (fish farming in containers, lakes, and ponds), and bee farming. Recently, Ag Tech has started raising rabbits in a Rabbitat. A Rabbitat refers to breeding rabbits as a source of food, fertilizer, and warm clothing. Among many other advantages, rabbit production works well in rural communities, and on a smaller scale with urban families.
